How you pay
The wallet holds Libyan dinar. You top it up from inside Libya or from abroad, then pay from the balance. A top-up in dollars or euros converts to dinar at the moment of top-up, because the wallet only ever holds dinar.

Who is the seller?
VEYRA is the seller and holds full responsibility. You pay VEYRA, your contract is with VEYRA, and after-sales service is on us. We reach seats and rooms through specialist international suppliers, but we never use their presence as an excuse: if something goes wrong, the responsibility before you is ours.

If your ticket cannot be issued, the full amount returns to your wallet automatically without you asking. Cancellation and change fees are shown before payment and applied as shown, and any refund due reaches your wallet.
